Payment Methods:
Online payment:
Online payment to be open at the end of April 2019, We accept UnionPay / Visa / Master Card / JCB ONLY. And electronic receipt will be available for download once the payment is confirmed.

For bank transfer:
Please make transfer to Xiamen University and upload an electronic or scanned copy of the record to the system. Xiamen University will issue a receipt upon your arrival.

Note: Online payment and bank transfer for registration fee will be closed on September 30, 2019. After this date, please make payment onsite at the conference.

On-site payment:
Please proceed to "Pay On-site" Counter at the registration desk at the conference venue. We accept UnionPay / Visa / Master only.
For participants from Xiamen University, please contact conference secretariat to pay registration fees in person.

Guest Policy
Registered attendees may obtain guest passes and purchase meal tickets for guests on-site. ”Guests” includes spouses, friends, or relatives 18 years or older who are not working in a marine or environmental sciences-related occupation. A scientist, technician or administrative staff working in a marine or environmental sciences-related field should register and attend the symposium as a regular participant.
Registered guests may not attend scientific sessions, poster sessions or keynote presentations; however, they may visit the Exhibit Hall.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
Registrants who submit written cancellation notifications on or before September 15, 2019 will receive a refund, less a 10% administrative fee. Written notification of cancellations must be emailed to the secretariat (icon6@xmu.edu.cn).
No refunds will be given after September 15, 2019.
