2025年12月29日上午,“海岸带复杂系统演变与临界过程”重大研究计划启动会在厦门召开。会议由厦门大学承办,国家自然科学基金委员会地球科学部、交叉科学部相关负责人和管理工作组,计划指导专家组,特邀专家苏纪兰、夏军、徐义刚、朱彤、张强,以及来自全国高校和科研院所的近两百名代表参会。厦门大学党委书记张荣,副校长尤延铖、史大林出席会议,介绍学校长期积累的海洋科学基础和多学科平台条件。On the morning of 29 December 2025, the Major Research Plan on Evolution and Tipping Processes of Coastal Complex Systems held its launch meeting in Xiamen. Hosted by Xiamen University, the meeting brought together leaders from NSFC's Earth Sciences and Interdisciplinary Sciences departments, the program management group, the expert advisory group, invited experts including Jilan Su, Jun Xia, Yigang Xu, Tong Zhu, and Qiang Zhang, and nearly two hundred participants from universities and research institutes across China. Xiamen University leaders Zhang Rong, You Yanlin, and Shi Dalin joined the meeting and introduced the university's marine-science foundation and interdisciplinary platform conditions.
指导专家组组长戴民汉教授在会上介绍重大研究计划实施方案,重点围绕立项背景、核心科学问题、总体目标、技术路径和预期成果展开。海岸带物理结构演变和关键生物地球化学循环协同演化,是计划的科学主线;临界要素、临界过程和级联效应,是这条主线上的核心对象。Professor Minhan Dai, chair of the expert advisory group, presented the implementation plan, focusing on the scientific background, core questions, overall goals, technical pathway, and expected outcomes. Physical structural change and co-evolution of key biogeochemical cycles form the program's main scientific line; tipping elements, tipping processes, and cascading effects are the core objects on that line.
12月27日至28日,专题研讨会和政策对接会讨论实施方案、成果应用和国家战略需求。科学问题、观测体系、数据平台、模型接口和政策连接形成同一张问题图,年度交流和综合集成的接口更加清晰。On 27-28 December, thematic workshops and a policy dialogue discussed implementation, application pathways, and national strategic needs. Scientific questions, observation systems, data platforms, model interfaces, and policy connections formed one problem map, making the interfaces for annual exchange and synthesis clearer.
12月29日上午,海岸带系统科学观测伙伴计划 CoastPOS 揭牌成立。重点区域的现场观测、长期序列、模型验证和数字孪生应用由此形成同一观测协作网络。On the morning of 29 December, the Coastal System Science Observation Partnership, CoastPOS, was launched. Field observations, long-term records, model validation, and digital-twin applications across focus regions now form one observation partnership.
启动阶段的意义Why the Launch Matters
启动会之后,海岸带复杂系统研究拥有了共同科学坐标:协同演化、临界过程和未来路径。观测网络、数据治理、模式系统和应用场景构成跨区域比较的基础设施。After the launch meeting, coastal complex-system research has shared scientific coordinates: co-evolution, tipping processes, and future pathways. Observation networks, data governance, model systems, and application scenarios form the infrastructure for cross-regional comparison.
