The early bird registration deadline is November 15th, 2024. Register now to secure your spot and enjoy discounted rates:

• Regular Participant: USD 250 or CNY 1,800
• Student: USD 125 or CNY 900

For Conveners

• Remind Your Speakers: Please encourage the speakers in your session to complete their registration and payment to secure their place on the agenda.
• Become a Mentor: If you haven’t registered yet, consider joining our Mentor Meets Mentee Program (https://melmeeting.xmu.edu.cn/xmas/Mentor.htm). During registration, please identify yourself as a mentor and select your discipline.

For Authors

• Finalize Registration and Payment: Secure your presentation on the agenda by completing your registration and payment before November 30th, 2024 and to take advantage of early bird pricing by November 15th, 2024.
• Prepare for Your Presentation: Check the Presentation Guidelines to ensure you’re fully prepared.

For Everyone

• Invitation Letters: If you require an invitation letter, go to MyXMAS => Ticket (link). Underneath the QR code, you’ll find a link to download your letter.
• Join the Mentor Meets Mentee Program: To participate, indicate your role and select your discipline during registration. This program is a great way to connect with and support our community.
