Meet with Editors
This exclusive event provides early-career researchers and emerging scientists with direct access to journal editors, offering critical insights into the publication process and expert guidance on selecting journals, responding to reviewers, ethical AI use, current trends in scientific hotspot, and research integrity. It provides actionable advice to enhance the quality and impact of their publications. Special Focus on Community and Equity
XMAS remains dedicated to inclusivity and support for specific groups. We are proud to host event for the SOLAS China Youth Community, aiming to coordinate and champion early career activities within the research area of SOLAS and to provide future generation scientists with networking and collaboration opportunities. An event for Women in Science will promote women initiative and involvement in the research of oceanography and environmental sciences, topics on gender preference in admission and recruitment, academic policy of gender equality, the balance between family and work as well as the response to administrative and service activities will be explored.
